WHO WE ARE

Just a local Austin Real Estate company that believes in giving back to the community. We put our client and the community first. That’s why 25 % of our commission is donated to the local nonprofit of the buyer’s or seller’s choice in their name, not ours. So far we have contributed NO LESS than 25% of our commission to local nonprofits. The “up to” was a suggestion by an attorney friend. More of a CYA than anything else!

Our goal – to provide exceptional service to our clients and be a long term contributor to the community.

WHY WE DO IT

Supporting the community is important to us. Giving back to the less fortunate in our community is our way of saying thank you to our clients for choosing us and thank you to the nonprofits* for their assistance within this great community we call home.

*nonprofit must be a recognized 501(c)(3) organization in good standing.
